1/25 * Attention 5th Grade Band
We are tentatively scheduled to participate in the "Little People's Band Contest" on March 18th at North Chicago High School. We will travel by bus to the contest site and the performance will be sometime during regular school hours. I will let you know more once we have been given an exact performance time. Please let me know if you have any questions. Also, please check the links section for an update on purchasing the Festival Ensembles Book.

12/13 * Attention 4th Grade
4th grade band students can omit numbers 46, 48, and 60 from their concert preparation list. Please let me know if you have any questions.
12/12 * Attention 5th grade
5th grade rehearsal schedule
We will be rehearsing with the students at Elementary South on Friday 12/14, Monday 12/17, and Wednesday 12/19. Aspen students will go over to South on Friday (12/14) and Wednesday (12/19) to rehearse from 7:40-8:15 and the students from South will be coming over to Aspen on Monday (12/17) to rehearse from 2:20-3:00. On the days (12/14, 12/19) we are going to South, we will meet in the Aspen cafeteria at 7:35 and walk over to South together as a group. After school rehearsals will be canceled on 12/14 and 12/19. I hope you had a relaxing and enjoyable Thanksgiving break. Our concert date is fast approaching and is only 3 weeks away! Please be sure your child is prepared to play the following pieces/songs. Please let me know if you have any questions!
