Our classroom website has finally been updated. Coming soon to the site will be more pictures from our sound experiment, Halloween, and other great learning experiences.

Another addition is that the bi-weekly newsletters can now be viewed in color. To the right you will see a link for the newsletters. Click on the different weeks to see how great the newsletters look in color.

Hello Families!

Just a reminder that our classroom goal is to accomplish AT LEAST 1 book a month. However, your child can read more than the required amount.

Some of the students have brought in a list of books on our library day (Tuesday) to help them search for a book and reach their goal. Often times your child might not find their books of interest in our library. If this happens, PLEASE use your public library.

Keep up the great reading!

WOW…Can you believe there are only 18 days left of school for students at Aspen? At Open House the second grade students took home a showcase portfolio of all their special learning. As the year is winding down the students will still be bringing home their exciting learning. Don’t forget to have your child add these projects, poems, and folders to their showcase portfolio.
